"I am in the process of building a custom home. Al Heathcock helped me design the home and drew up the floor plans which are now in effect. Al was very responsive to my desires for the home and very creative in the design of rooms, closets, and bathrooms. I had never built a custom home and was unfamiliar with the many choices available in the building of a home. Al worked closely with my contractor to present choices in the foundation, structure, and finishing of the home. I would say that Al is very competent in any design project presented to him. I also want to say that in addition to his competence in his field, his character is of most importance. He is a very kind, gentle person, completely honest and trustworthy. I learned very early that if Al said he would do something, he would do it exactly when he said. He never failed in keeping his word and was never late to an appointment. I do not hesitate to recommend him for any home design project."
