Open-concept whole home remodel in Houston

Whole home remodeling

One contract, one team, an entirely different house

Whole-home projects are where sequencing matters most. We phase the work so trades never wait on each other, and you get a single schedule, a single price, and one project manager from demolition to final walkthrough.

How it works

The six phases of a whole-home renovation

Design

Existing-conditions measurement, structural review with our engineer, and a full set of plans covering demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, millwork, and finish schedules.

Planning

Permitting with your city or county, HOA approvals, long-lead procurement, and a critical-path schedule that sequences trades so nothing waits on a missing selection.

Project Management

One project manager owns your job: daily on-site presence, subcontractor scheduling, material delivery, inspections, and your end-of-day written update.

Construction

Containment and protection, demolition, structural work, rough mechanicals, insulation and drywall, millwork, tile, flooring, paint, and fixture installation — in that order, to a published calendar.

Quality Control

Documented checkpoints at rough-in, pre-drywall, pre-tile waterproofing, and pre-finish. Our lead carpenter and project manager sign off separately at each stage.

Final Walkthrough

A room-by-room punch walk with you, a written list, a completion date for each item, and no final payment requested until you have initialed every line.

Investment guide

Typical whole-home ranges
